Biography
Joy Rothberg, founder of Rhoda's Cookie Club started baking right after graduating from college, however, the first cookie she ever made was for a class project when she was in the seventh grade.
Joy has a Bachelor of Science in business management from the college of Staten Island. She loves reading romantic and historical fiction. She also enjoys art history.
She currently resides in Tamarac, Florida.
